Beyond Goals Mentoring
Beyond Goals is a soccer mentorship business founded by retired professional soccer players Michael Parkhurst and Greg Garza. This project began with a refinement of their existing logo, ensuring it effectively represented their brand's mission and coaching expertise. I helped them expand their digital presence by designing social media posts, various flyers for promotional events and the release of ‘BGTV’, and created their monthly email newsletter, and a pitch presentation as well. I dabbled in editing video content for this project as well, because Mike and Greg started a program on their website called 'BGTV', an online video catalog that parents could sign up for with a monthly subscription. In these videos, the coaches would give tips on soccer plays of recent games around the world. I created hand drawn illustrations to use as an overlay to help them explain what they were specifically talking about in each play. The main goal of this project was to effectively convey Mike and Greg's passion for soccer mentorship and their commitment to developing athletes both on and off the field.
