The challenge of designing a 127-page Global Sustainability Report for Carnival was to find clarity within complexity. My mission was to take a mountain of dense ESG data and transform it into a narrative that felt human and accessible, all while still visually engaging. The goal was to turn stagnant text and data into a story that stakeholders could connect with through hand-illustrated infographics and pairing a more corporate font with a fun font for all the little call-outs. With the guidance and late night zoom calls with my Creative Director at The Found Gen, we ensured that every page, no matter how data-heavy, stayed true to the brand’s integrity. It was a massive project that required lots of focus to make sure we could translate high-level corporate writing into a clear vision to bring it to life.
